Meet Our Team
Jenny Flowers has been with the company from the start, June 2008. She helped start and grow A Caring Hand and manages it to this day. She has over 10 years of experience in the home care field and has a passion for helping others. She takes great pride in knowing A Caring Hand cares about both their clients and employees. She understands that best way to be successful is to have a strong work team you can support and stand behind.
Mike Flowers has been with ACH since 2008. He is our marketer and helps people set up cares for their loved ones. He can help with Medicaid applications, Veterans benefits, long term care options and placements. He has a passion in helping others and goes above and beyond to get them the help they need. He is very knowledgeable about what community resources are available and how to qualify for them. Mike was born and raised in Boise, graduated from Boise High and attended Boise State. He loves spending time outside snowmobiling and riding on his Razor with his wife and two boys.
Rebecca has worked at A Caring Hand for 4 years and is currently a Client Care Coordinator. She has worked in the medical field for over ten years and is very passionate about helping people in our community receive the aide and resources they need to live more productively.
Rebecca has lived in Boise most of her life; she plays recreational volleyball year-round and loves to explore the outdoors with her husband Oliver and new son, Reed. Family is very important to her, so on the days she’s not working, she is spending time with them, creating new adventures. She loves life and looks forward to any new opportunity it can bring!
Client Care Coordinator
Brandon Frisbee has been with A Caring Hand since December of 2014 as a client care coordinator. Previously Brandon had worked with 2 other Home Care agencies but came to A Caring Hand because of the great opportunities the company holds. Brandon is very passionate in helping the elderly and the home health community as a whole. Ideal goals for Brandon as a client care coordinator are to keep the clients at home and maintain both physical and mental well-being by providing superb caregivers with excellent job knowledge while instilling confidence in their work. Brandon is eager to educate the community on how to receive services both in and out the home. Brandon enjoys running and spending time with his son outside of work.
Jennifer has been in the home care field for over 10 years. She originally started with taking care of others and eventually wanted to do more. She worked as an Administrative Assistant with a previous agency and then moved into Human Resources. Her passion is to truly help others. She is married, has one amazing little girl and a dog named Roxy. Her daughter is a competitive gymnast and competes nationally. Jennifer and her family travel throughout the United States and that is what surrounds her world. She loves anything outdoors, sports, and of course travel! She is grateful for this opportunity to work with A Caring Hand and their wonderful staff.
Paulette has been a nurse for over 15 years in the Treasure Valley. She has 5 kids and has been married to her husband for 22 years. They are a rodeo family and enjoy their horses daily. She loves working with the elderly and our people in the community. She received her nursing degree in Oklahoma, from Rogers State University.
Abrianna started with A Caring Hand in 2010. She has been a client care coordinator, HR coordinator and most recently has taken on the role of case manager/marketer for A Caring Hand. She attended Boise State University and has a B.S. in Psychology. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, her dogs, traveling and eating. She is passionate about helping people connect with resources and services that will improve their quality of life.
Danielle Bryant joined the A Caring Hand team back in 2010 where she originally began work in the bookkeeping office in Nampa; where she assisted with payroll, helped manage company accounts and took care of client and employee paperwork. Later on that year, she was transferred to the Boise office where her duties consisted of payroll input, managing client paperwork and running reports to utilize correct hours for clients each month. Danielle developed an early interest in the field of nursing; currently she is pursuing a BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing) at Boise State University. Outside of the office, you’ll find Danielle playing softball year-round, all throughout the state. She loves the outdoors, traveling throughout the beautiful state of Idaho, and traveling throughout the United States, making lasting memories with her family and friends and living life to the fullest extent possible!
Client Care Coordinator
Virgil has been with A Caring Hand team since May of 2017, but he has been surrounded by the world of home health care since he was a child. Before he joined our team he was a student athlete at The College of Idaho, where he obtained a Bachler’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Along with this degree he also acquired minors in Religious Studies, Natural Science, and History all while playing collegiate lacrosse. Virgil’s goals as a client care coordinator are to educate the public and bring world class care to the elderly and the disabled. He believes this is possible by providing knowledgeable and empathetic caregivers.
Family is very important to Virgil, so when he is not at work, he is spending quality time with his family and friends. He loves movies and outdoor activities, so if he is not on call or in the office, he’s either at the cinema or out of cell range enjoying quality time with his fiancé Miriah and his family.
Client Care Coordinator
Nohemi is originally from a small town. She has lived in the Boise/ Meridian for 6 years now. She is majoring in Spanish and political science with an emphasis in international relations. In her free time she likes reading and spending time with friends and family. She enjoys playing volleyball and plays on a few city-league indoor teams. She is new to the home care field, excited to be working at A Caring Hand and to continue to learn!

A Caring Hand believes that quality services are essential elements of a fundamentally successful business. Our Staff works together to insure our Care Providers provide the highest quality of care to our clients. Before they are hired we make sure they have all of the qualifications listed below:
- A Driver’s license or state ID
- Social Security Card
- A three year driving record from the DMV
- Current Auto Insurance
- Current CPR Card
- A background check/fingerprinting done through the Department of Health and Welfare
- A pre-employment drug test; this will be done at orientation.
- A two hour orientation plus caregiver training
